Well last night I was bored I walked out of town

At the bars met a neighbour who was hanging around

and I said to the pal come on let's have a drink

and lets watch the moon preparing to sink

So we went out with a bottle of gin

Heads to the sky with a foolish grin

and suddenly

I started to cry

Well I'm used to goin' to work I'm used to goin' to stores

I'm used to doin' beer I'm used to doin' whores

Down there in the road lies my golden shirt

in the dirt

AND I'M A'FALLING OUT OF LIGHT

Well my neighbour said, brother this is true

I know what you mean I am thinking like you

But you should know that you could come back home

And he looked in my eyes and he went all aflame

Like a torch in the dark it was really strange

He said YOU'RE LIKE ME & then he passed away

AND I'M A'FALLING OUT OF LIGHT

WELL I'M A'FALLING LIKE A SPARK THROUGH THE NIGHT
